  • Call 55121 and subscribe to Chat Service. Then create your profile with details like age, gender and an introductory message that other users can hear. You also need to specify your desired partner’s profile with gender and age.
  • Once subscribed, your profile will be registered within 24 hours.
  • Once your profile is registered, you will receive an 11-digit Chat ID which will become your identity.
  • You can edit or update your profile, or your desired partner’s profile, whenever you like.

  • Once you have received your chat ID you can call 55121, and browse through all the matching partner’s profiles.
  • When you hear a profile that you like, just select it to start talking.
  • Once the chat is over, you and your partner will both receive an SMS with each other’s Chat ID. You can store this ID in your mobile phone’s address book and call your friend directly whenever you want.
  • If a friend you’re trying to chat with is not reachable, an SMS will be sent to him / her saying that you were trying to get in touch.

  • With Chat Service, your identity is completely safe, as your Vodafone number is not disclosed and only your Chat ID is sent to the person whom you are speaking to, after your chat is over.
  • You can choose to not allow other users from reaching you anytime. You can also block or unblock particular Chat IDs if necessary.
  • You can log out of Chat Service anytime and log back in whenever you want.
