  • 1. What is the My Vodafone App?
    My Vodafone is our online Vodafone account management service. It is available for Prepaid and Postpaid customers, giving you the power to manage your account. Whether it’s about paying your phone bill, recharging your Prepaid account, tracking service requests, or simply subscribing to the best offers, this App will help you do everything on the move.
  • 2. Who can get the My Vodafone App?
    The My Vodafone App is available to download on iPhone/ iPad, Android and BlackBerry devices.
    Also do check the compatible version in your respective application store.
  • 3. How can I download the My Vodafone App?
    On your Android:
    Select Play Store from the application menu
    Search for My Vodafone
    Select My Vodafone by Vodafone India Limited
    Tap the INSTALL button
    Press Accept (if prompted) – the App will then download and appear in the application menu.

    On your iPhone:
    Select the App store from the home screen
    Search for My Vodafone
    Select My Vodafone by Vodafone India Ltd
    Tap the FREE button
    Tap the INSTALL APP button
    Enter your Apple ID password if prompted
    Press OK – your App will be downloaded and appear on your home screen.

    On your BlackBerry:
    Select BlackBerry App World from the main menu
    Select the magnifying glass and search for My Vodafone
    Select the App from the list
    Select Download and enter your BlackBerry username and password
    Once details have been verified, your App will be downloaded and stored in your Downloads folder.
  • 4. How much does the My Vodafone App cost?
    There is no additional cost to download the My Vodafone App from the app stores. Data charges will apply for downloading and using the App depending on either the data pack you are active on or standard pay as you go charges if not on any pack.
  • 5. Is it possible to track my data usage?
    Yes you can track your data usage and also view the last 7 session-wise details. Simply click on My Plan on the home screen and click on the My Data Usage tab.
  • 6. Can I download or view my itemised bills on the My Vodafone App?
    Sorry, as of now you will not be able to download or view your itemised bill details on the My Vodafone App, however you can check your current bill usage and total last bill summary. The Itemised bill can be viewed and downloaded from our web version of My Vodafone.
  • 7. Is it possible to update my Email ID and alternate contact number using the My Vodafone App?
    Yes you can update your Email ID and alternate contact number. You need to click on My Profile>Update Profile and accordingly update these details
  • 8. Can I change Bill mode from either Paper to Ebill or vice versa?
    Yes, simply go to the My Bill tab>Bill Preferences and under the Bill mode section you may change the bill mode according to your preference
  • 9. Can I pay my Bills using the My Vodafone App?
    Yes certainly you can pay your current outstanding amount by clicking on My Bills on the home screen, click on the pay now tab; this will redirect you to our bill desk and accordingly select your preferred mode of payment as Credit card, Debit card or Internet Banking. This is not only quick but also safe and secure mode of payment.
    You can also view your recent payment detail by clicking on My Bills and click on the Recent Payments tab.
  • 10. What is the My Services tab used for?
    The My Services tab allows you to not check your current active services but also empowers you to Add (Activate) and Remove (Deactivate) services.
    You can also view the current tariff and data plan that you have subscribes to, simply click on the My Plan tab on the home screen.
