You can either opt for a full DND or a partial DND


Full DND


You may opt for not receiving any kinds of calls/SMS from a Telemarketer. If you receive any promotional call or messages post 7 days of DND registration, you may register your feedback regarding receipt of promotional calls/sms with us, within 3 days of the receipt of promotional call or sms, with the following details:

1. Call originating number /sender ID of the sms

2. Date and time of call/sms

3. Details of call /sms


The action taken will also be shared with you, post 7 days.


For activation/deactivation of Full DND, please send sms as START<>0 to 1909 and STOP<>0 to 1909 respectively.


Partial DND


You will now have the liberty to receive selected promotional messages (only SMS, no calls) from certain industries, as listed below:

  • Banking/Insurance/Financial products/credit cards
  • Real Estate
  • Education
  • Health
  • Consumer goods and automobiles
  • Communication/Broadcasting/Entertainment/IT
  • Tourism and Leisure

For activation/deactivation of partial DND, please send a SMS as START<>any number from 1 to 7 to 1909 and STOP<>1 to 1909, respectively


If you are registered on DND and have received telemarketing sms or calls, sms your complaint within 3 days (of receiving sms/call) in the below format to 1909 (toll free).

Format of the sms: Type the Unsolicited Message, the SMS/CALL Header, the dd/mm/yy
