Bengaluru, August 14, 2012: Vodafone India Ltd., one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, is showcasing the replica of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 race car at Forum mall on August 15th, Mantri Mall on August 17th, Central Mall (JP Nagar) on August 18th and Orion Mall on August 19th, for the motor racing enthusiasts in Bengaluru. The car will then be showcased for the corporate fraternity in Bengaluru at Five different business parks from Aug 20-24, 2012. The car is an exact replica of the ones driven by Vodafone McLaren Mercedes racing stars Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button.
In the build-up to the second season of the much awaited motor racing event to be held at Delhi in October 2012, the replica of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes racing car is in Bengaluru. Racing enthusiasts of Bengaluru will get a great chance to see and click pictures with the car.
To start off, motor sport enthusiasts of Bengaluru are in for special power-packed days as they get a chance to get up close and personal with the car at Forum mall, Mantri Mall, Central Mall (JP Nagar) and Orion Mall, between August 15 - August 19, 2012.
Additionally, a mega three day event is being organized for the corporate fraternity at the following business parks – IITPL, ECOSpace, Manyata, Bagmane and Embassy Golf Links, giving them an opportunity to see the replica of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes car.
Recently, Vodafone India, in order to make significant in-roads into the small and medium business community and to give then a platform for easier path of growth, announced the launch of second season of Vodafone Drive into the Big League. This initiative gives one lucky SME, the opportunity to take center stage with their logo on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes cars at the 2nd Indian Grand Prix. The call for entry for the contest has already begun and is open till end of the month. One of the qualifying rounds for an entry into the Grand Finale will be held in Mangalore, Karnataka, in the month of September 2012.
