GET UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH REPLICA OF VODAFONE MCLAREN MERCEDES RACING CAR IN PUNE

Pune, August 9, 2012: Vodafone India Ltd., one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, following the showcasing of the replica of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes race car at three different business parks from Aug 7-9, 2012 in Pune is now set to woo and enthrall the sports and motor-racing enthusiasts of Pune.

The car is now being showcased at Phoenix mall for the motor racing enthusiasts in Pune from Aug 10-12, 2012. The car is an exact replica of the ones driven by Vodafone McLaren Mercedes racing stars Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button. The car will be showcased at the mall from 11am-8pm on these dates. Racing enthusiasts of Pune will get the first chance to see and click pictures with the car.

Recently, Vodafone India, in order to make significant in-roads into the small and medium business community and to give then a platform for easier path of growth, announced the launch of second season of Vodafone Drive into the Big League. This initiative gives one lucky SME, the opportunity to take center stage with their logo on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes cars at the 2nd Indian Grand Prix. The call for entry for the contest has already begun and is open till end of the month. One of the qualifying rounds for an entry into the Grand Finale will be held in Pune in the month of September 2012.
