  • Voice SMS is available to all Vodafone Postpaid and Prepaid customers in Mumbai, Delhi & NCR, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Gujarat, Maharashtra & Goa (except Mumbai), Tamil Nadu, Kolkata, Kerala, Punjab, West Bengal, UP(W), Rajasthan, Haryana, and UP (E)
  • The capacity of your Voice SMS inbox is 20 messages
  • After you receive your 21st message, the oldest message will be deleted to make place for the 21st message
  • Every time you retrieve a new message by dialling   * 0 * and listen to it, the message gets categorized as an ‘old’ message and sits in your inbox
  • A maximum of 5 messages can be saved at any point of time

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
