Activating a Busy Message

Call 567678 and record your own Busy Message. You can also select from our list of predefined Busy Messages. After choosing your Busy Message you can specify the no of hours/ days for which you want it to play. To set a Busy Message just sms CT <Busy Message Name> <language> <time in hrs/days> to 56789

Note:

  • If you do not set the language and time, an English profile will be set for 1 hour as default
  • For some busy messages, the time should be entered in days (for example, to set a Busy Message for International Roaming for 3 days in English the command will be CT INTERNATIONAL ENG 3 to 56789. If the number of days is not specified, 1 day will be taken as default. The time unit (Hours or Days) for all Busy Messages can be obtained from the table below

Examples

  • To set a Busy Message for 1 hour indicating in English that you are busy with some important work, sms CT BUSY to 56789
  • To set a Busy Message for 3 hours indicating in Hindi that you are watching a movie, sms CT MOVIE HIN 3 to 56789
  • To set a Busy Message for 1 hour indicating in Hindi that you are out for lunch, sms CT LUNCH HIN to 56789
  • To set a Busy Message for 2 hours indicating in English that your phone is low on battery, sms CT BATTERY 2 to 56789

Deactivating a Busy Message

The selected Busy Message will be deactivated automatically after the time specified by you (or after 1 hour, if you haven´t specified a time). After deactivation, your original Callertune will be reactivated.


If you want to remove the Busy Message before the default period of 1 hour or the time specified by you, sms CT STOP to 56789 or call 567678 and select 'Remove your Busy Message' option.

Charges

  • You need to be subscribed to Callertunes to use Busy Messages
  • Busy Messages will play even while you´re roaming
  • Busy Message will play for all your callers even if you had originally set different Callertunes for different callers

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
