Terms & Conditions for using Vodafone M–Shop services:



1. By accessing M-Shop on the short code number 53333, the customer agrees to enter his card details at his/her own free will on the IVR of Vodafone M–Shop, which is powered by Atom Technologies.

2. The facility is available to Vodafone India’s subscribers/users only.

3. Vodafone India shall not be liable for any misuse of customer’s credit card outside the Vodafone M–Shop system.

4. Customer is expected to enter the correct mobile number; Vodafone India shall not be responsible for the correctness of the mobile number being entered by the customer.

5. Any reversal of transaction due to erroneous input by the customer is purely at Vodafone India´s discretion. Vodafone Indai’s decision on the same will be final and binding on the customer.

6. Vodafone India reserves the right to charge it´s customer without any notice for any services rendered under the brand name of Vodafone M–Shop.

7. We may suspend or vary the whole or any part of the service offered on Vodafone M–Shop for any reason, at any time at our sole discretion.

8. Vodafone India reserves the right to vary the terms of this contract from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting of the varied Legal Statement on vodafone.in. By continuing to use Vodafone M–Shop you will be deemed to accept such variation.

9. Vodafone India does not guarantee any service levels on the uptime of the Vodafone M–Shop service. In the event of the Vodafone M–Shop service being down or unavailable, Vodafone India shall not be liable for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential).

10. The customer represents that all information provided by the customer to utilize the Vodafone M–Shop service is correct to the best of his/her knowledge.

11. The customer authorizes Atom Technologies/ Vodafone India to debit his/her credit card based on the details provided for purposes of any payment through the Vodafone M–Shop service.

12. The customer represents and warrants that he/she (i) has the authority to agree to the terms and conditions specified herein, (ii) has the authority to use the credit card through which any payment is made, (iii) shall comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to money laundering, while transferring funds through the Vodafone M–Shop service and (iv) shall not use the Vodafone M–Shop service for any illegal activities.

13. The customer agrees that pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, including in respect of detection, disclosure and prevention of money laundering, (i) Vodafone India may request the customer to provide certain information, and the customer shall promptly provide any such information to Vodafone India and (ii) Vodafone India may disclose any information relating to the customer to any regulatory or investigative agency.

14. Vodafone India shall not be liable for any goods purchased or service availed by the Customer from third party by using the Vodafone M–Shop and Customer understands that Vodafone India is a conduit and not a agent of any merchant or third party. All the services and products other than Vodafone Postpaid bill payment and Prepaid recharges are offered by third party/merchants.

15. Any dispute or claims shall be governed by Indian Law subject to the jurisdiction of Indian Courts only.

16. Customer agrees and understands that any prepaid recharge transaction for any amount include talk time, access fee and the other taxes associated with the same (including the service tax), therefore, the talk time available for recharge amount will depend on the recharge plans/schemes available on a particular day for particular telecom circle as per the recharge plans/schemes made available by Vodafone India on that day. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to take cognizance of the information by visiting www.vodafone.in or calling customer care at 111.

17. In case of purchase of goods/services, the Customer/Subscriber may have to furnish his/her address details for the purposes of delivery of goods/services/billing for the purchases made /communication and accordingly agrees that these details are used for the purposes as aforesaid by Merchants.

18. Customer/subscriber understands and agrees that Vodafone Mshop is a software application/voice/SMS/USSD or any other such technology based solution, therefore, Vodafone India doesn’t representation and/or warranties that the said technology or software are error free or accurate.

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
