The delivery turn –around-time for any order is 5 hours but delivery is done between 9am – 7pm. The sender will be updated with the receivers name through SMS on successful delivery and he can even call the customer care no. 011-2680 2680 for the delivery status.
4. Can I cancel the order after it is placed? How will I get my refund & what is the TAT for the same?
Cancellation depends on the delivery schedule, in that case you can directly contact Ferns N Petals customer care no. If there cancellation is possible then it will be taken care of by them.
