Recharge Prepaid connection

  • Call 53333 (toll free)
  • Select '1' to recharge any Vodafone Prepaid connection
  • Press '1' to recharge your Vodafone mobile phone number. To recharge some other number, press '2' & enter the number.
  • Once done, enter the payment amount and select a payment option (credit card only)
  • Enter your credit card details
  • After the transaction has been completed, you’ll be informed about it over the phone itself. You will also receive an SMS confirming your payment. To know your recharge value and the associated talktime, click here
By M-Shop application
  • Log into the M-Shop application
  • Select the Postpaid Bill Pay menu option
  • Enter the Vodafone mobile phone number
  • Enter the amount
  • Enter your credit card details
All successful transactions will receive an SMS from Vodafone. The payment will be updated within 30 minutes.

Download Vodafone M-Shop
Enter your Vodafone mobile number and we will send you a free text with the link to download the M-Shop application on your phone.

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
