1. Which companies can customers make payments for?
We have tied up with Billdesk to currently allow payments for the below 4 Billers. We will add more billers in the near future.

2. What is the turnaround time for registration of a Biller on M-Shop?
Registration of a biller takes 96 hours
3. Is there any limit to the numbers of Billers I can register on Vodafone M-Shop?
No there is no such limit
4. How soon will the bills details be populated for billers registered by the customer?
When the bill gets generated, a notification SMS will be sent to the customer & the bill details will be available for the customer to make his payments via M-Shop
5. What is the maximum and minimum amount I can pay bills for?
For Insurance billers, the payment amount will be equivalent to the premium amount payable.
6. After making a payment on M-Shop how will the I know that the payment has reached the Biller?
You will receive an SMS notification from the biller on the mobile number registered with the biller within 96 hours from the time of payment. The credit of the amount paid will also appear in his next bill. In case of certain billers like Insurance companies, a letter or receipt may also be sent to the customer
7. What happens in case I make an excess payment of Rs5000 instead of Rs500 by mistake? Is there a refund process at the Billers end?
You will have to get in touch with the biller for such cases. Any refund is completely at the biller’s discretion. Vodafone M-Shop is simply a convenient mode to pay the biller.
8. What happens in case I make a payment for a wrong Consumer ID by mistake?
You will have to get in touch with his biller immediately. Each biller has a set process to rectify such input errors committed by the customer.
9.In case my services are deactivated will it get auto activated once M-Shop payment is posted?
Services will get auto activated subject to successful posting of payment in the biller's billing system.
10.Is there any limit on the cumulative amount of utility bill payments I can make in a month?
E.g. Can I make 3 payments of Rs5000 for 1 Consumer ID in a month? The amount paid should be equivalent to the premium amount payable against a policy number. There are no limits on volume or velocity of transactions.
11.Is there any limit on the number of utility bill payments I can make from my mobile number for 1 biller in a month?
There are no such limits.
12.Is there any limit on the number of utility bill payments I can make from one credit card in a month?
There are no such limits.
