Pay Postpaid bills



Pay your own Vodafone Postpaid bills or for other Vodafone mobile phone numbers with Vodafone M-Shop. You can either call 53333 (toll free) from your Vodafone mobile phone. Or just log on to Vodafone live! and use the M-Shop application on your GPRS enabled Vodafone mobile phone.


By IVR
  • Call 53333 (toll free)
  • Select '2' to pay any Vodafone Postpaid bill
  • Press '1' to pay the bill for your Vodafone mobile phone number. If you wish to pay for some other Vodafone mobile phone number, press '2' & enter the number.
  • Once done, enter the payment amount and select a payment option (credit card only)
  • Enter your credit card details
  • After the transaction has been completed, you’ll be informed about it over the phone itself. You will also receive an SMS confirming your payment.
By M-Shop application
  • Log into the M-Shop application
  • Select the Postpaid Bill Pay menu option
  • Enter the Vodafone mobile phone number
  • Enter the amount
  • Enter your credit card details
All successful transactions will receive an SMS from Vodafone. The payment will be updated within 4 hours.

Enter your Vodafone mobile number and we will send you a free text with the link to download the M-Shop application on your phone.

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
