Missed Call Information

Now you don’t need to worry if you are out of coverage or service area or when your mobile runs out of battery. Your Vodafone mobile phone makes it easy for you to find out who called while you were unreachable. Along with the call timings.

Not just that, if the contact is saved in your phonebook, an sms alert will be sent in the name of the caller!


Activate / Deactivate

Activate

Step 1: sms ACT MCI to 111 (toll free) if you are a Vodafone postpaid customer or sms ACT MCI to 144 (toll free) if you are a Vodafone prepaid customer

Step 2: Once you activate MCI, we will ensure all call diverts are automatically done to ensure that you get missed call alerts. (Please ensure that you do not change any of these settings, else you will not receive the alerts.)

Deactivate

To deactivate, sms CAN MCI to 111 (toll free) if you are a Vodafone postpaid customer or sms CAN MCI to 144 (toll free) if you are a Vodafone prepaid customer.

Charges

Rental: Rs 30 / month

Note: This service is available to both postpaid and prepaid customers. You will need to subscribe to the service to receive information on missed calls.


Latest Callertunes

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
