Enhanced Voicemail comes with

  • Priority delivery-  ensures that a message can be recorded and marked as priority. So that you hear the marked message before all others. This message continues to remain the first message till you delete it.
  • Message confirmation-  allows a recorded message to be marked for confirmation. As soon as you hear the complete voicemail message, you get notified of the date and time you have heard the message. This means that you can mark important messages for priority and confirmation. And ensure that they are heard, both by you and the sender.
  • Message distribution-  allows the same message to be sent to a group of Vodafone users. The message has to be recorded only once and sent to a specified distribution list. You can create up to 9 such distribution lists, with 9 mailboxes each.
  • Timed delivery-   is a facility where a message can be recorded in advance and then marked for timed delivery so that it will be sent to your mailbox at a specified date and time. Messages can be recorded up to 30 days in advance
  • Increased storage capacity -  means callers can record and store upto 20 1-minute long messages on your Enhanced Voicemail box. All read messages will be stored for 24 hours. Unread messages will be stored for 96 hours.

  • To activate a particular feature, all you need to do is follow the process mentioned in the main menu.

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
