Now you can check your call rates by simply dialing *131# from your Vodafone mobile phone. What’s more – you can also view individual charges for local calls, STD, ISD and Roaming. This service can be used even if you don’t use a Bonus Recharge.

Check your mail and special Full Talktime balance

Just dial *141# from you Vodafone mobile phone and check your mail and special Full Talktime balance on the go.

Know your Vodafone mobile number by dialing *131*0# from your Vodafone mobile phone

Check Prepaid balance

Here’s a one stop shop for all Prepaid balance and validity enquiries. Know your balance local, STD, ISD, SMS, GPRS and Roaming details by simply dialing *131*131#. Also get reminder message if your existing Bonus Card is about to expire.

Prepaid info on the go

Get instant access to all Prepaid codes by just dialing *555#

Transfer Balance to your loved ones

Now you can transfer your balance to your friends and family by simply dialing *131* <Vodafone TN mobile number># . You can transfer balance amounting from Rs 5 to Rs 25.

If you wish to receive balance , you can ask for balance to be transferred by dialing *132** <Vodafone TN mobile number >#. A request will be sent to the sender.

Note:

Access fee will be charged to the person who sends the balance

You can send and receive only once a day

Make calls without any balance

Now make a call even when you are out of balance. Just dial *133* <Vodafone TN mobile number># . A text message will be sent to the person that you wish to call asking them to call back.

Family and Friends

Just dial *131*5# to add, delete or modify a number. Add upto 5 Vodafone Tamil Nadu numbers.

Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.

Postpaid Customers:

Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
