How do you do it:

From your Vodafone mobile phone:

  • Scratch the silver panel at the back of recharge card to reveal the 14-digit recharge code
  • Call 140 (toll free), from your Vodafone mobile phone.
  • Follow the simple voice instructions and select the recharging option
  • Pulse: 60 seconds
  • Key in the 14-digit recharge code.
From landline or any other mobile phone:
  • Dial 98110 00004 from any phone
  • Dial 91 followed by your Vodafone number
  • Enter the 14-digit recharge secret code of your recharge coupon when requested
  • Your Vodafone Prepaid card is automatically recharged and your new balance is played to you.

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
