Step 2: Get your documents ready

To get a Vodafone connection, you'll need a self-attested photograph, and an ID proof with your signature.

1. Kindly carry your original documents for spot verification purpose.
2. In accordance with standard requirements from TRAI, when you buy an additional connection you will have to submit a fresh set of documents similar to when you take a new Vodafone connection

Step 3: Walk into a Vodafone Store or Vodafone Mini Store

Once you have all your document ready, you need to submit them at your nearest Vodafone Store or Vodafone Mini Store

Note:
Services to the SIM card will be discontinued if there is no usage i.e no voice calls (incoming & outgoing) , SMS and data for any continuous period of 60 days from the date of first call. No refunds will be given for any unused talktime balance and validity on the card. You will also not be able to use this number post disconnection.


A lifetime prepaid card needs to be recharged with minimum Rs 200 every 6 months.

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
