Here's how you can pay any Vodafone Postpaid bill within minutes from wherever you are:

  • Call 53333
  • Select '2' to Pay any Vodafone Postpaid bill
  • On doing so, you will get the following choices: pay for yourself or pay for any other Vodafone Postpaid mobile number.
  • To pay the bill for your own number, press 1. And if you wish to pay for some other number, simply press 2 and you'll will be asked to enter the number.
  • Once done, enter the payment amount and select a payment option (credit card only)
  • You will then be asked to enter your credit card details.
  • After the transaction has been completed, you will be informed about it over the phone itself.
  • You will also receive an SMS confirming your payment.

Customer can make bill payments at any of our Drop Boxes around the city. Payments through cheque or payment slip can only be made in the drop box. No cash payments will be accepted in the drop box.

To update your account sms CHQ <cheque number> <amount> to 111 (toll free)

Customers can make bill payments at various other utility boxes namely Skypak, Bill box (at railway Stations), and ICICI ATM centres.

With Direct Debit from my account, there are no hassles at all to get my bill paid!

Customers can use their Credit card to make their bill payments. Credit Card payment is accepted at all Vodafone Stores and SSK. You can also make credit card payment of your Vodafone bill in the following manner:

Payment through IVR
Call 111 from your Vodafone mobile phone & follow the voice instructions to pay your bill via credit card. It's completely secure and absolutely free. If the transaction is successful then an SMS will be sent to the customer confirming the same. Customer can make payments through any Credit Card except Amex

Payment through Vodafone live!
Log on to Vodafone live! Go to Menu > Info services. Select 'My Vodafone' to make your bill payment using your credit card.

Payment through MChek
MChek is a payment system using a mobile phone. Currently it will work only for credit card payments. It integrates your credit card information with your mobile phone and allows you to make payments using your mobile phone. So, next time you want to pay your Vodafone bill, you don't need to rush to a store or a SSK or go to the internet, just use your Vodafone mobile phone.MChek is the only MASTER and VISA certified mobile payment application

ITZ Cash Card

Using my ITZ Cash Card is an easy way to pay my Vodafone bills. I just follow the instructions on the back of the card.

ITZ Cash Card can be bought by paying cash towards the value of the cash card at retail outlets. It is available in various denominations. Customer can use this ‘Cash Card’ for making their bill payments via SMS/internet. Payment instructions can be found on the reverse of the card Payment using ITZ Cash Card will be posted to the customer’s account within 24 hrs.

I can walk into any “Easy Bill Pay” retail shop to settle my Vodafone bills quickly and easily.

Customers can pay their mobile bills by walking into an ‘Easy Bill Pay’ retail shop. The bill amount needs to be paid to the retailer through cash or cheque. Customer will get a receipt for the payment instantly. Payment will get posted into customers account within 48 hours. Rs 5 per transaction will be charged as a transaction fee.

  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
