To get a Vodafone connection, you’ll need a self attested photograph, address proof and an ID proof with your signature

1. Kindly carry your original documents for spot verification purpose.
2. As per TRAI regulations, when you buy an additional connection you will have to submit a fresh set of documents similar to when you take a new Vodafone connection

Step 3: Walk into a Vodafone Store or Vodafone Mini Store

Once you have all your document ready, you need to submit them at your nearest Vodafone Store or Vodafone Mini Store.

Step 5: Get dynamic credit limit

Flash your credit card at any Vodafone store to get dynamic credit limit (“DCL”)

Terms and conditions:
  • This facility is available only for customers buying new Postpaid connections and who flash their credit card.
  • The credit card needs to belong to the customer.
  • If DCL is not available due to systems constraints, the same will be assigned to the customers within 3 working days.
  • Vodafone reserves a right to re-define the DCL at its discretion.
  • Vodafone may at its discretion, allow usage (voice, SMS, VAS and data) beyond the DCL on a month to month basis without changing the DCL assigned to you. Hence the DCL may not restrict your usage.
  • Due to unavoidable reasons/reasons beyond our control the intimation regarding utilization of DCL may be delayed/deferred.

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
