  • The free usage does not include usage of certain applications like YouTube, video/ music streaming, tickers on HTML sites, handset applications and MMS which uses Vodafone live! as access point and will be charged @ 10p/10KB.
  • If the handset has applications which auto refresh /update by connecting through the WAP gateway i.e. Vodafone live!, you will be charged 10p/10KB. The settings for these applications are pre defined on the handset by the manufacturer.
  • Any video streaming application or real time application like weather/stock/ news updates on your handset may also use Vodafone live! to connect.
  • International Roaming charges extra as applicable.
  • BlackBerry service is not available in J&K circle.

Vodafone Live and Vodafone Mobile Connect services are core services which will be active in your account by default. The usage charges for the service will be 10p/10KB if not subscribed to any promotional offer

Prepaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for any continuous period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talk time balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
  • Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatorily recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
Postpaid Customers:
  • Services to your mobile number would be discontinued if there is no usage i.e., no Voice Calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS & Data for 1st 2 bill cycles post activation date.
